The Power Rising Summit at the Hilton in Chicago, hosted by former Vice President Kamala Harris, aimed at engaging Black women in harnessing their power. The event's theme is "Rooted and Rising: Whole Health, Whole Self," which will focus on the challenges faced by Black women. The summit also included a soul brunch and a panel discussion featuring international and national leaders. Prior to the 2026 midterms, Power Rising has launched an initiative to register 1 million new voters for the first time.
