High winds and heavy rain have caused high-profile incidents of power lines and poles being damaged in Phoenix, Arizona. The Department of Public Safety (SRP) has urged people to stay away from damaged or damaged lines and not to approach them. SRP spokesperson Clint Bragg said these lines can carry hundreds of thousands of volts and can affect anything within their radius, including standing water on a roadway, metal fences, poles, or people.
