Person taken to hospital after shooting near northwest Las Vegas business

A person was transported to the hospital after a shooting incident occurred near a business in the northwest Las Vegas Valley. The shooting occurred at about 7.30am on Monday, with one person taken to a nearby hospital and another detained. The incident occurred at the same time as the suspected murder of a woman and child.
