The final day of winter weather is set to be a difficult day for drivers due to persistent black ice and dangerous conditions. This is due to strong winds, which have caused significant disruption to traffic and caused a significant amount of snowfall. The weather is expected to make it difficult for drivers to navigate on busy roads due to the inconvenience caused by this weather. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect until 10:00 UNTIL 7:00 this morning and there is still a WIND ADISOUROUR FOR GUSTS up to 40. The cold weather will continue throughout the day, with wind chills expected to be around 10 to 10 below zero in the morning. The high temperature will reach up to 30 degrees, but the wind chill will remain as cold as 5 below zero throughout the afternoon. There is still an expected high wind chill of around 30 degrees for the day.
