The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has implemented a new dress code policy after a backlash over videos featuring scantily clad revelers. The new policy states that proper attire must be worn on the grounds at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear, and that it is possible to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire deemed inappropriate or could detract from other guests' experiences. Clothing with objectionable material, obscene language or graphics, excessively torn cloth, visible undergarments, or clothing associated with gang affiliation are also prohibited. The most popular outfit featured tight, skimpy shorts, a tank top or bra, cowboy boots and the optional cowboy hat.
