Former Lawrence police officer arrested, accused of impersonating law enforcement in NH

Former Lawrence police officer, Mikel Beltran, has been arrested in Londonderry, New Hampshire, accused of impersonating a police officer and illegally using blue lights in his car. He was fired from the department more than a year ago following allegations of inappropriate behavior with a 16-year-old girl. Police found Beltran at a military reserve center and informed the officer that he does not work there.
