Warmth, thunderstorms in store for Metro Detroit, NWS says

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a hazardous weather outlook for all of southeast Michigan and warns of potential severe storms after midnight. The weather is expected to warm up, with the region reaching the 60s and Detroit reaching 68, according to NWS. The main concerns are hail and severe winds. For Tuesday, a slow-moving cold front is predicted to produce showers and thunderstorms. On Wednesday, temperatures should return to normal or slightly below normal.
