They opened a Scottsdale gastropub together. Now, they're battling in court

Scott Casey, founder and former general manager of Liquor Pig in Phoenix, is suing fellow owners Christina and Christopher Foster for $16,000 in back pay and claims they have tried to cut him out of the restaurant. The lawsuit alleges that the Fosters have held property, profits, and other benefits from using their own logo and business name. In response, Christina Foster dismissed these claims, stating she is the rightful owner of MJR Investment and the restaurant, stating they have no obligation to pay Casey. The dispute is ongoing in Maricopa County Superior Court.
