The White House has confirmed that President Donald Trump is using a preventative skin treatment for a neck rash. The rash was visible on the right side of Trump's neck during a Medal of Honor ceremony. The White House did not provide specific details about the treatment. At 79, Trump is currently the oldest U.S. president and frequently compares his health to former Democratic President Joe Biden.
