Starz has laid off 7% of its employees, ten months after separating from Lionsgate. The move is believed to be part of a reorg following the company's transition to profitability. The company, which reported a net loss of $20.7 million in Q4, reached 17.6 million total U.S. subscribers as of Q4 2025, a gain of 170,000, driven by 12.9 million OTT subscribers. The layoffs come after 10% of the company was laid off in 2023.
