Man charged with abduction, attempted murder in Toledo stabbing

A Lucas County grand jury has indicted Nicholas Ratliff, on charges of abduction, attempted murder and felonious assault. The charges stem from a stabbing incident on Feb. 8. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
