CBS has cancelled its medical drama, Watson, which stars Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson and his team of doctors who investigate and treat rare diseases. The cancellation comes ahead of the 15th episode of the second season of the show's second season airing on March 29th. This follows CBS' renewal of 10 of its primetime shows in January, including 10 dramas including 10 of the NCISes. The show will not be returning for Season 3. The decision comes as CBS is set to release its 2026-2027 schedule on April 15.
