The body of a man was discovered under the Water Street Bridge in Concord, New England, after a caller reported there being a body there. The body was confirmed as a man. The city has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars clearing out homeless camps near the bridge. The police and fire and rescue teams are currently on the scene.
