IDENTIFIED: Man who died in Starbucks parking lot after Frenso shooting

The man who was shot and killed in a Starbucks parking lot in Fresno, California, has been identified as 30-year-old Danilo Rodas. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was involved in a brief altercation with another person when he was shot. Police believe Rodas knew the suspects but their relationship is unclear.
