Kenneth Jary, the U.S. Navy veteran and TikTok sensation known as "Patriotic Kenny," has been diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. Fans of the 84-year-old from Mahtomedi, Minnesota, are rallying to raise money for his care, with a GoFundMe online fundraising campaign raising over $318,000. The money raised will help Jary stay at home surrounded by his loved ones, not machines and hospital walls. The fundraising page set up for Jary's care raised $5,000 within the day, more than twice the original goal, and the Patriotic Kenny Foundation, which provides mobility scooters to veterans who would otherwise be isolated at home using the extra funds raised from the campaign. Any funds used for Jaryn's care or funeral expenses will be donated to the Patriotics Kenny Foundation.
