A man was fatally shot in San Francisco's SoMa district, according to police. The victim was found with gunshot wounds and later pronounced dead at a hospital. Two suspects were later arrested, including a 19-year-old man from Richmond and a 20-year man from San Rafael. This is the 13th homicide reported this year by the police.
