Teenager arrested after 'horrific' cat attacks

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty following reports of cat attacks in the Richmond Green and Raffles area of Carlisle. Cumbria Police have also seized a lurcher dog in connection with the attack. The incidents have been described as "horrific" by some as individuals concerned about their pets' safety.
