The City of New York City is set to host a series of budget town halls to learn about the proposed $733.3 million city budget, a 4.4 percent increase from the previous year's spending plan. The budget also includes a Special Revenue Funds budget of $48.5 million. Public hearings are scheduled for March 19 and 31.
