Joseph Duggar, a 31-year-old man accused of molesting a 9-year old girl during a family vacation in Florida six years ago, was arrested on March 18 after the victim's father confronted him and got him to admit it. Duggar was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior for molestation of a victim under age 12 and another count of lascivating behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older. His wife, Kendra, was also arrested on separate charges related to endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment. The investigation led authorities to inspect the home Duggar shares with his wife, 27, where they found locks to rooms being placed on the exterior doors.
