Motorcyclist killed in crash near Chillicothe

A motorcyclist, 19-year-old Ryan Hayes, was killed in a crash along U.S. Route 50 in Scioto Township, Ohio. The crash occurred at the intersection of U.N. 50 and Veterans Parkway. Hayes was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and died shortly afterwards. The driver of the SUV was uninjured. The Ohio State Highway Patrol and the sheriff's office are investigating the incident.
