Rapper Afroman is being sued by several Adams County sheriff's deputies over a music video featuring Ohio deputies raiding his home, claiming they were needlessly harmed by the video. The video, "Lemon Pound Cake," included security camera footage taken during a search warrant looking for drugs at Afroman's home. However, no charges were ever filed against the officers. Afroman testified that his actions were protected under the First Amendment and that any hardships suffered by the deputies should be attributed to their mistake. The song and video at the center of the lawsuite made light of one deputy's appearance.
