Genesis bets race car fans will love G60 Magma EV at NY auto show

Genesis has unveiled its new GV60 Magma electric crossover at the 2026 New York Auto Show. The high-performance EV, which can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in under four seconds, is the first road-ready vehicle from the Genesis Magma Program and will have a limited release. The vehicle also features a drift mode designed for closed-course driving and a virtual gear shift. The company is celebrating that five of its models have received the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's Top Safety Pick+ designation.
