Mike's Hot Wings & Such, a popular restaurant known for its wings, burgers and more, is moving from its Germantown location to the Shops at Carriage Crossing in Collierville. The restaurant has been in business for 14 years and plans to close the GermantOWN location in the spring with the hope of opening in Carriages Crossing in the summer. Owner Mike Davis cited a major road construction project as a significant setback for his business. Davis plans to start with a staff of 10 employees and is looking to hire cooks, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff. He also plans to continue hosting events like his Beer and Wing Fest at the new Carriage crossing location.
