Four men have been arrested in the 1982 rape and murder of 16-year-old Roxanne Sharp, whose body was found near the St. Tammany Parish Fairgrounds in Covington, Louisiana. The case went cold for over four decades before DNA testing and a true-crime podcast led detectives to reopen the case. The podcast "Who Killed Roxanne" led to new information and leads in the case, leading to arrests of Billy Williams Jr., 64, and Darrell Dean Spell, 64. The remaining suspects, Perry Wayne Taylor and Carlos Cooper, were already in jail on unrelated charges and made contact with detectives on April 22.
