On 26 April, drag queen Kitty Scott-Claus will participate in the London Marathon for the second time, running for Alzheimer's Research UK, following her grandmother's death from an Alzheimer's-related illness. She hopes to raise awareness and raise funds for the charity, and to inspire others to do so.
