A father of 12-year-old son with special educational needs, Kieron, is challenging the EHCP issued by Lancashire County Council, stating that he and his family and the current school agree that Michael should attend a specialist school better suited to meet his needs. After contacting the council about his son's case, Kieran was advised to go through mediation, which he believes could take years to complete.
