A man, 21-year-old Raul Barriga, was arrested following a police chase in Visalia after officers attempted to stop him on a dirt bike. He refused to pull over and drove into a Walmart parking lot and attempted to run away, but was caught. Barrega was booked on a charge of felony evasion.
