Billionaire businessman Elon Musk has offered to pick up the salaries of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers, who have been working without pay for five weeks. If he follows through, this would cover at least two full pay periods for the 50,000 personnel. The proposal is not yet disclosed.
