OSF HealthCare expands orthopedic services in Sterling

OSF HealthCare is expanding its orthopedic services in Sterling, with the arrival of Chris Herbert, an advanced practice registered nurse, who will begin seeing patients on April 23. Herbert will continue working at OSF Saint Katharine Commerce Towers while expanding access to orthopedicular services at the Sterling location. He will treat a wide range of orthopedics, including sports injuries, acute musculoskeletal injuries, fracture care, joint pain and joint injections. The expansion of these services will bring high-quality, specialized care closer to home for those in Whiteside County, enhancing access, accelerating treatment and supporting healthier communities.
