There are five classic Cleveland-related albums that should be purchased for vinyl, including "E. 1999 Eternal" (1995), "Pretty Hate Machine" (1989), "The Modern Dance" (1978), "Raspberries" (1972), and "The Raspberries' debut album. Nine Inch Nails (1989) and "Pere Ubu's debut album were recorded at Cleveland Recording Company and Painesville's Suma Recording Studio respectively. The Michael Stanley Band (1977), "Pleastively," was a landmark of the post-punk era and has been reissued by Fire Records in various colors.
