The White House has warned that strikes could increase if Iran does not comply with Washington's demands. House Armed Services Committee Chair Mike Rogers (R-Ala) criticized the Pentagon for not providing more information about the U.S. military plans, including potential deployment of troops on the ground in Iran. Both Republicans and Democrats expressed dissatisfaction about the information provided. Sen. Tim Sheehy (RMont) said potential deployment was not discussed during the briefing and that munition stockpiles were only touched upon.
