A second suspect, 18-year-old Eric Wilson, has been arrested for throwing snowballs at police officers in Washington Square Park. Wilson was charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a non-criminal violation. The first person arrested in relation to the incident, 27-year old Gusmane Coulibaly, was also charged with the same thing. The incident occurred during a mass snowball fight.
