Residents clean up after ‘numerous’ tornadoes hit Olmsted County, Minn.

Olmsted County, Minnesota, experienced multiple tornadoes on Friday, April 17. Marion Township, the largest impact, saw around 30 homes damaged, including 12 significant damage. The sheriff's office reported that the rest of the homes had minor to major damage. Emergency services have disconnected electricity and natural gas in the area for safety. No injuries or fatalities have been reported. A temporary shelter has been established at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester. The National Weather Service reported that storms started forming in the early afternoon of the day.
