Woman arrested by Colorado Springs police after attempt to cross I-25 and throwing debris at oncoming traffic

Police arrested 48-year-old woman, Marcelina Gonzales, after she attempted to cross I-25 in Colorado Springs on Thursday morning. The woman darted into oncoming traffic and was nearly hit by several vehicles, throwing road debris at them. Gonzales was located near the MLK interchange and was arrested for attempted second-degree assault on an officer. No injuries were reported.
