The Kent Police Department (KPD) has arrested two people for assault after witnesses reported seeing them dragging a man into an apartment. The incident occurred after a 35-year-old man, who asked to pick up after their dog, was allegedly dragged into the apartment by the dog owner, who then began to beat and choke him. The suspects are facing charges of kidnapping, assault, and malicious mischief. Police also found two dogs locked inside a bathroom.
