Tommy's Tavern opens in Toms River, Ocean County's first location

Tommy's Tavern + Tap has opened in Toms River, New Jersey, marking the restaurant chain's first location in Ocean County. The restaurant, which occupies the site of a former TGI Fridays restaurant, has been renovated to reflect the chain's rustic style and features specialty sandwiches such as the Southwest Turkey Burger, Brisket Sandwich, and Cubano.
