Fed Opens March Policy Meeting With Iran Conflict Clouding the Outlook

The Federal Reserve is set to hold its two-day policy meeting on March 17, with expectations that it will maintain the current level of interest. The benchmark federal funds rate is currently at 3.5.50 per cent. The meeting will also address the impact of the Iran nuclear crisis.
