The Golden State Warriors lost 127-117 to the Timberwolves, with three players leaving injured in the game. The Warriors' Dr. Dremond Green was ruled out an hour before tipoff, and Al Horford played the first five minutes and didn't return. Seth Curry and Quinten Post also left the game early. Despite Kristaps Porzingis' 20 points in 19 minutes, Golden State finished the game with eight healthy players. Coach Steve Kerr described the team as "about as beaten up as any team I can ever remember" and expressed frustration over the team's schedule. The team's upcoming road trip will feature stops against all five of their former teams.
