Protesters gathered outside a Zara store in Bristol, UK, on March 14 to protest the fast-fashion retailer for allegedly rejecting a teenager seeking refuge before she was beaten by her peers. The protest was held after a girl was hospitalized following the alleged failure of Zara employees to intervene. The victim's father alleges that his daughter was approached at a bus stop and followed by a group of 25 people for 25 minutes before being beaten. Police have announced arrests in connection with the incident, including two 12-year-old boys and three teenagers on suspicion of affray.
