'Transformation' after protected Sussex seabed rewilding work

The work of the Sussex Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (IFCA) nearshore Trawling Byelaw has resulted in significant increases in mussel beds, one of the habitats the protection was intended for recovering. The project has received numerous reports from local fishers and free divers. The IFCA has been monitoring the impact of the byelaw for over two decades.
