The US military has confirmed that four US service members were killed in a fatal plane crash in Iraq, not due to hostile fire, but an Iranian proxy group claimed responsibility. The incident occurred after a refueling aircraft crashed in western Iraq. The suspect in the crash, identified as a 36-year-old veteran who previously served time in prison for assisting ISIS, is now being investigated by the FBI as an act of terrorism. Japan's Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi appeared unwell at a budget committee session, which sparked concerns over her health. The suspected shooter is believed to have served time for attempting to help ISIS. The FBI is investigating the fatal shooting at Old Dominion University in Virginia.
