Man arrested in connection to 2023 New Years Eve murder

Pueblo Police have arrested 33-year-old Adrian Pacheco in connection with the murder of 40-year old Daniel Smith on New Year's Eve, more than two years ago. The arrest comes after Smith was found shot and killed on East 14th Street in Pueblo. Pueblan police are unsure if the murder was linked to gang violence or not.
