Netflix Opens New Warsaw Office as Co-CEO Greg Peters Is “Excited to Expand Our Presence in Poland”

Netflix has opened a new office in Warsaw, Poland, ten years after launching its streaming service in the country. The new office includes Netflix's only technology hub outside of the United States, which houses 300 staff. The office brings together technical and creative talent, including engineers and creative team driving the company's Central and Eastern Europe content slate. Since its launch in Poland in 2016, Netflix has produced and licensed over 700 films and series in Poland, contributing over 3 billion Polish złoty ($800 million) to Poland's GDP. The company's first original title in Poland was the conspiracy thriller 1983, and its current slate includes the third season of hit comedy 1670.
