Japanese singer and songwriter Mitski has released her eighth album, "Nothing's About To Happen to Me," which debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 with nearly 43,000 equivalent album units. The album has been a tour of shows throughout the country, including a six-night residency at New York's The Shed, four nights at the Sydney Opera House, and a performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Additionally, Mitski performed all of the songs and vocals on Nothing’s About to Happen To Me. Her tour will begin on May 2 with a concert in Istanbul.
