South Carolina lawmakers are set to unveil 'Logan's Law', a law created in honor of the 22-year-old Waxhaw woman who was killed during a home invasion in Columbia a year ago. The law would create a public registry of violent offenders and encourage better data sharing between state and federal agencies. The suspect, Alexander Dickey, had a lengthy criminal history prior to the murder and lawmakers argue that he should not have been on the street. The announcement will be made by Logan's parents and representatives from Sen. Lindsey Graham and Congressman Russel Fry.
