Bruce Springsteen, the musician known for his political stance on his upcoming Land of Hope and Dreams Tour with the E Street Band, delivered strong criticism of President Donald Trump during the opening night of the tour in Minneapolis. Springsteen addressed the crowd with a rendition of Edwin Starr's 1970 Motown smash "War," which hit Number One at the height of the Vietnam War and later returned to the Top 10 in 1986. He also addressed the reshaping of American cultural and historical institutions by the administration.
