Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger has reversed her state's withdrawal from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a nonprofit data-sharing organization. The organization, which includes the District of Columbia, uses this information to identify voters who have moved across state lines, hold duplicate registrations or are deceased.
