Dan Kapelovitz, a former member of the LA Judge Office No. 81, stated that he would never abuse his judicial discretion, but would consider all arguments and err on the side of justice. He also said he would not accept campaign contributions from campaign attorneys or PACs, and would also challenge all judicial candidates funded by the same party.
