Roswell police arrest man for New Year's Day 2025 murder

A 36-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 24 year old Marco Antonio Munoz, along with felon in possession of a firearm and three counts of tampering with evidence. This arrest comes after a nearly 11-month investigation and a delay from an unrelated federal investigation. The suspect was identified as a potential person of interest within days of the shooting.
