Herefordshire mental health charity 'transformed' farmer's life

John Humphreys, a farmer from Herefordshire, was hospitalised for six weeks after contracting a virus and spent the time in an induced coma. Despite recovering, he experienced depression and anxiety afterwards. The charity provided access to talking therapy within a few days and John said he would not know where he would be today if it were not for the help he received.
